Given the nature of our media-neutral approach, it is essential that we offer a wide spectrum of strategic and creative solutions to meet the appropriate needs of our clients. We have often been told that we are a very different kind of advertising agency.

We're more of a hybrid between a management consultancy and an ad agency. By looking at our clients' businesses in the "gestalt," we can see a much clearer picture of what needs to be done to drive their success. We establish a company's brand proposition in relation to its business strategy, organization structure, management style, customer service practices, quality of personnel, HR policies and competitive environment.

We do not believe in "pushing water up hill." Based on all of these factors, we believe brands have a right to behave in certain ways. By allowing a brand to be true to itself and its constituents, it has a much greater chance of being successful.
